  The game is full of daily login rewards and events, following the exact formula I’ve seen a hundred times before. So yes, it’s a modern mobile twist on the Metal Slug franchise but it probably isn’t what most fans of the original games were expecting.

  Metal Slug: Awakening porta su iOS e Android una piacevole rivisitazione del classico SNK, partendo dalla sua formula action platform così iconica e aggiungendo man mano nuovi elementi sia sul fronte del gameplay che della struttura, così da consegnarci una campagna particolarmente corposa, ricca di scenari, personaggi, armi e nemici differenti. È davvero un peccato che al gioco manchi il supporto per i controller, ma i comandi touch funzionano abbastanza bene (pur al netto di qualche inciampo) e anche sul fronte grafico è stato fatto un buon lavoro.
