- En conclusión, LEGO Horizon Adventures es un título interesante, el cual nos da un punto de vista distinto del universo de Aloy, pero con una historia compacta que se desvía de lo visto en el juego original. A eso se agrega que se intentan incorporar mecánicas propias de la saga, como el uso del foco y armas diversas para los personajes.

On the other hand, I am not sure it will have a wide appeal. Horizon is the most successful polarizing game I have ever seen. Everyone has played it and it feels like a majority do not care for it. Combine that with a LEGO game and you get an awkward experience that feels like the definition of “who is this for?” Still, it is a solid game that anyone who wants more of that world will certainly enjoy.

Maar het gevoel blijft na de aftiteling alsof er zoveel meer in had gezeten. Alles oogt fris, de gameplay speelt strak en toch is de game te eentonig, te snel uitgespeeld en daarmee ook te duur. Dus of dit nou echt een game is om direct in huis te halen, kun je je afvragen.

Lego Horizon Adventures looks incredible but this reimagining is too simple for long term fans and not inviting enough for newcomers. Add in the non-stop stream of banter, repetitive levels and some annoyingly challenging battles, it’s hard to know who this crossover is for.

It’s aimed at the younger set, certainly, but in doing so, ignores a lot of what makes the Playstation series so enjoyable to me. However, if you’re looking for a chill, funny action game or something to play with your kid(s), this is a damn good choice. Now what I’d really like are more LEGO sets for the Horizon series. My Tallneck is lonely–it needs a Thunderjaw or a Slaughterspine to stand next to.

Raphael Batista · Nov 13, 2024 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - Though Lego Horizon Adventures is the best looking Lego game ever made by a wide margin, it does still suffer somewhat from the repetition which has afflicted previous Lego tie-in titles. Nonetheless, with its snappy 15-20 minute missions, breezy co-op play and relentlessly lighter, grin-inducing tone, Lego Horizon Adventures also represents both a new direction for the Horizon franchise at large, as well as a great way to get newbies and younger folk involved with the adventures of PlayStation’s marquee flame-haired heroine.
