- Kingdom Under Fire 2 has gotten off to a solid start, and I honestly had a ton of fun playing. Unfortunately, for me, the gender locked classes are a pretty big deal, and having issues with finding groups to do things can be frustrating. One problem is currently it’s easy to knock out the dailies, which is nice because we aren’t endlessly grinding our faces on, but once people get their dailies done, the server can feel a bit like a ghost town. They do have a December patch planned and new content is on the way, so hopefully, they’ll be able to reach a good state of equilibrium.

Some parts are genuinely fantastic while others are mind-numbingly horrible. The third-person character combat is up there as one of, if not the best I've ever encountered in an MMO. On top of that is a fun and engaging strategy element, one where you can seamlessly move between commanding your troops and yourself, to fighting on the front lines with them.

It doesn’t help that the game isn’t exactly stable and tends to crash easily, leaving you with very, very little reason to log back in once the server kicks you.

La adición de elementos RTS es un éxito y ofrece un tipo de juego diferente en comparación con otros juegos similares, y esa es seguramente su mayor fortaleza.

Ist man einmal im Gefecht und fegt unter einem Effektgewitter dutzende Gegner fort, ist das geradezu berauschend. Und auch deshalb motivierend, weil sich nicht nur der eigene Held oder die eigene Heldin ins Scharmützel stürzt, sondern man gleichzeitig eine eigenhändig zusammengestellte Armee kommandiert. Die Kombination hat mir Momente beschert, in denen die Action nie gut, aber zumindest herrlich befriedigend war. Würde sie nur nicht von so vielen großen und kleinen Mängeln torpediert werden!

Ma, chiaro frutto di uno sviluppo travagliato, non raggiunge di certo il suo pieno potenziale, appesantito da una veste tecnica a dir poco altalenante, da svariate mancanze che indeboliscono ogni suo elemento e da una componente MMO in buona parte superflua.

Áno, po technickej stránke žiadna sláva a keď práve ovládate len postavu hrdinu v tradičnom MMORPG štýle, fakt je to stereotypné a nudné, plné bezduchých úloh. No pri hre vás dokážu udržať vydarené akčné boje, kde s vervou likvidujete aj značnú presilu. A to najlepšie poskytuje manažment armád a ich nasadenie s možnosťou všetko spojiť s RTS režimom. Sú to skutočne epické bitky v štýle Dynasty Warriors, aké inak nezažijete ani v mnohých klasických stratégiách či iných hrách a už vôbec nie v MMO.
