- 7.5 Jurassic World Evolution 2 is available now on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PC and Switch 2. Reviewed on Switch 2.
· Aug 07, 2026 Reviewed on Switch 2Read full review - Jurassic World Evolution 2 is an accessible, well-polished simulation/building hybrid from the developers over at Frontier. The campaign isn’t a real campaign, just a tutorial. The additional Jurassic Park: Chaos Theory missions are where the fun can be found. The weak points are the lack of depth and freedom in terms of building a unique park.
Pieter Jasper · May 31, 2022 Reviewed on PCRead full review - With Jurassic World Evolution 2, Frontier Developments has, like Hammond, spent the years between Jurassic World Evolution and JWE 2 refining their formula. They’ve taken community feedback to heart and instilled the DNA that should have been there from the start into this sequel.
Jonathan Moore · Dec 07, 2021 Reviewed on PCRead full review - Jurassic World Evolution 2 is, by far, the most complete dino theme park simulator package today. I love it, it’s worth it, you need to get out there and buy it so life can find its way.
Lexuzze Tablante · Dec 03, 2021 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - There’s nothing else quite like it and, given the simplicity of the simulation elements, this unique dynamic is easily one of the biggest reasons to recommend Jurassic World Evolution 2.
Dashiell Wood · Nov 24, 2021 Reviewed on PCRead full review - Jurassic World Evolution 2 is by no means perfect, it pales in comparison to some of the other sim type games with its lack of options in certain aspects, however, if you are looking to have a more casual - yet still challenging - sim experience, and you want that Jurassic Park theme, then you shouldn't think twice about picking this up. Like Dylan's Desolation Row, once you understand it you'll gain that full appreciation for it, just prepare for your time to disappear as you get lost in the experience.
Jarred Milner · Nov 23, 2021 Reviewed on PC, PS5, Series X|S, PS4, XB1Read full review - Jurassic World Evolution 2 is a major step up compared to the first game, but there is still plenty of room for improvement. We imagine that in a year or so, after Dominion content is added to the game, you can add an extra point or two to the game’s score. As it stands, Jurassic World Evolution 2 doesn’t live up to its full potential just yet.
SebastiaanRaats · Nov 23, 2021 Reviewed on PCRead full review - Overall, if you’re a fan of management games, the Jurassic Park or Jurassic World films, or simply want to get involved with a game that ticks all the right boxes for fan expectations, then Jurassic World Evolution 2 is a game that you should be playing.
Carlos Santuana · Nov 20, 2021 Reviewed on XB1Read full review - Jurassic World Evolution 2 expands its prehistoric playground with more dinosaurs, modes, and unique franchise flavor, but it’s all built on a flawed and often frustrating foundation of unbalanced and unpolished mechanics. Jurassic World Evolution 2 is a better game than its predecessor, but it feels like a glorified expansion. Those looking for a more substantial sequel may want to spare the expense this time.
Nathan Birch · Nov 19, 2021 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - Overall, Jurassic World Evolution 2 has enough on offer to make it a must-have for anyone with even a passing interest in the concept. Even if you’ve played the previous game, the addition of more classic elements from the series, as well as the refinements to a lot of the management systems make it worth your time to see what this game has to offer too.
