- Indika unquestionably defies definition. A swirl of impactful narrative and visual decisions are meant to resonate with the player longer than they linger on screen. It may be offbeat to a fault but this brief journey is uncompromising in vision.
BEN SHEENE · May 31, 2024 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - An unapologetically cinematic descent into the darkest parts of the human mind, Indika is a unique and crunchy little experiment that comes alive in its ideas and tone if not always its gameplay.
James Wood · May 24, 2024 Reviewed on PCRead full review - Indika combines strong themes with fantastic visual and thoughtful delivery, creating something wholly unique and worthwhile. None of the game's hiccups stand in the way of what makes Indika special.
Timothy Nunes · May 21, 2024 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - Herrlich schräg und immer wieder überraschend: Indika ist eine echte Erfahrung, die trotz eintönigem Gameplay einen Blick wert ist.
Jonas Höger · May 18, 2024 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - INDIKA is a distinctive and stylish game that does not pull any punches. It asks very interesting questions, but the answer to them depends solely on you.
André Custodio · May 17, 2024 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - Indika tells a story that tests religion in a deeply nuanced fashion and I must confess I just love what Odd Meter was trying to say. However the gameplay, for the most part, is just serviceable, and not even a dedicated prayer button could lead the game to full salvation.
Joshua Thompson · May 16, 2024 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - While we've got issues with some of the less than adventurous gameplay mechanics, in most other regards Indika is an absolute triumph. It teeters on a cliff edge, tonally, but never goes too far in any one direction. It never becomes preachy, or maudlin, or too silly for its own good. It's a wonderful balancing act, and one that it continues right up until its final moments which will leave you unsure about whether you should laugh or cry.
John Cal McCormick · May 16, 2024 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - Indika is a must. It stays with you, its heroine is fascinating, and its surreal vision is unsettling. You haven’t played anything like it.
