  • This is one of the best racing games of all time. Both offline solo play and online co-op and competitive are at the top of the genre. As it has been out for a few years now and is on game pass it routinely goes on sale including the large amount of DLC the game has to offer.

  • Forza Horizon 4 takes everything great about its predecessor and turns it up to 11. With its fantastically fun gameplay, gorgeous presentation and wealth of content, this is easily the best arcade racer on the market.

  • It’s true that Forza Horizon 4 has some flaws, but they are fairly minor in the grand scheme of things. The game is still arguably the best racing game available on modern consoles, and even non-racing game fans will still be able to appreciate the top of the line graphics and impressive open world. Forza Horizon 4 is a no-brainer for anyone with an Xbox One, and even those on the fence should at least give it a shot through Game Pass.

  • It’s just that the ecosystem is such utter trash that one cannot ignore it when discussing the gaming experience as a whole. The Xbox app and Microsoft’s Xbox experience on PC are so intrinsically tied to gaming on UWP that it’s necessary to discuss it. The experience is still utter garbage and does nothing to dispel the notion that PC gamers are still second-class citizens to Microsoft.

  • Though Forza Horizon 4 lack the proper framework or goal to keep players coming back, you’re certainly not pressed for content, and when the gameplay is this good, it’s hard to complain. Forza Horizon is still taking pole position, regardless of the slight hiccup.

Overall Forza Horizon 4 is the greatest game I feel just kind of meh about. I mean there is absolutely nothing wrong with so many aspects of this title. It is polished, fun, smooth, and gorgeous. I think I am just growing tired of its structure. Still it feels like this title may see more updates than any previous entry. It has dozens of hours of content already packed into it. It is visually stunning and a blast to play with friends. It is hard not to love what Horizon 4 does.

  • Forza Horizon 4 is undeniably a great game now, and it’s theoretically only going to get better. A lot of this is going to hinge on the quality of post-launch support that can be provided by Playground Games, but early impressions suggest the developer is off to a fantastic start. Whether cruising around on your own, adventuring co-operatively, or taking part in versus online races, there’s always something to do.

  • Forza Horizon 4 maintains the tradition of providing players with an insane amount of cars, races, secrets to discover and much more. This is just pure fun. Without a doubt the best Forza Horizon game ever made and one of the best racing games ever conceived. This is a must-have for Xbox One owners. It’s fun and accessible enough for casual players, and can also be tweaked to challenging perfection for simulation fans. It took me a long time to sit down and write this review because I just couldn’t stop playing Forza Horizon 4. It’s the kind of game you’ll literally spend days in without even paying attention to your surroundings, ignoring news, releases, everything that’s not related to you driving down a Scottish road at 200 miles an hour.

  • Forza Horizon 4 is nothing short of fantastic. With a host of content, backed by a fantastic roster of cars that tread the fine line between arcade and simulation perfectly. While the amalgamated UK may be a little too pristine, not completely reflecting reality, it's such a stunning and enjoyable place to race around that any issues are washed away in the utter fun you're having. Forza Horizon 4 is, without a shadow of a doubt, the pinnacle of the series and arguably the best racing game you can buy.

  • All in all, Forza Horizon 4 is an excellent continuation of the series, with enough novelty to interest even die-hard fans of the series. As for casual racing game fans, or players new to the series, they’ll be enchanted by the beauty and fluid gameplay of FH4.
