- For diehards or even the new/casual fans of Formula 1, 'EA Sports F1 '24' is a good installment of the franchise and worth your time behind the wheel.

The overhauled Driver Career mode is also a net positive, even if some of its ideas don't quite come off, yet an enduring sense of deja vu is present elsewhere. This makes F1 24 difficult to recommend if you've played any of the most recent games in the series. There aren't enough new ideas here, and modes like F1 World continue to disappoint by focusing on cosmetics in a game where your avatar is rarely seen. F1 24 is a terrific game in isolation, and the new Driver Career mode will be enough for some players, but it feels like another game hampered by the demands of its annual release schedule.
Richard Wakeling · Jun 14, 2024 Reviewed on PCRead full review - Overall, F1 24 is worth it if you want to play online (which, of course, has its own set of struggles when it comes to many lobbies), because at the end of the day, no matter the kind of criticism it generates online, the majority of fans are still going to buy it, and the majority of the fanbase is going to flock to the shiny new item, rather than the "obsolete" F1 23.
Asher Fair · Jun 12, 2024 Reviewed on PCRead full review - Those who aren’t planning to immerse themselves in the revamped single player segment too much or aren’t that hardcore about the sport, may not find F1 24 to be an essential upgrade at all, with no new Braking Point chapter, no notable new game modes or features – with even a handful of brand new, rather annoying technical issues to be found. None of this, of course, negates the excellent gameplay loop the series has masterfully iterated upon for over a decade now, and I know in my heart that I’ll spend plenty of hours on this episode as well, long after I finish up this review. But unless you’re knee-deep into these games’ or the sports’ community, like I am, you can probably stick to F1 23 a while longer.

Sin embargo, el resultado sigue siendo sobresaliente y aunque es necesario corregir algunos detalles, se trata, hoy por hoy, del mejor juego de Formula 1. El modo carrera es un gran acierto y por sí mismo vale la pena para encender el motor del monoplaza competir en el máximo circuito. Puede que en su estado de lanzamiento provoque división entre los entusiastas del realismo y los casuales, pero no todo está dicho. Pese a ello, en lo general se trata, otra vez, de uno de los mejores juegos deportivos del año.

Spettacolare la nuova modalità Carriera con la possibilità di giocare con i piloti reali, una feature che farà impazzire i tifosi ed i fan della serie. Il modello di guida è stato sostanzialmente stravolto con risultati decisamente soddisfacenti, anche se il voler mettere a punto una simulazione sostanzialmente fruibile a tutti può scontentare gli integralisti duri e puri. L’I.A. rappresenta un piccolo tallone d’Achille, quindi speriamo che Codemasters si focalizzi su questa per migliorare ulteriormente il titolo.

As such, F1 24 is a mid-season refresh, and a much harder sell than usual with this yearly release.

Sim racing fans looking for a deep timesink will no doubt enjoy the bevy of options present in both single- and multiplayer, and the quality matches the quantity.
