- Exploding Kittens is a great digital adaptation of a hilarious multiplayer tabletop card game that essentially plays as a game of Russian Roulette – but with cats.
Pete McD · Dec 22, 2021 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - It really is a great digital version of a pretty good game, and I feel that in this case, the digital version has surpassed the physical one. So, even though this is probably the weirdest sentence to ever come out of my mouth, I suggest you go and start blowing up kittens.
Tasos Lazarides · Mar 31, 2016 Reviewed on iOSRead full review - Exploding Kittens delivers an accessible and entertaining card game that is worth picking up on iOS.
Trevor Sheridan · Mar 29, 2016 Reviewed on iOS - The game is quite fun to play and it always works. The controls feel really realistic, making it feel like you are playing a card game. There is no online mode for this game, so if you don't have anyone who will play it in real life, you are out of luck. There are some boring moments in the game as well, and it feels very repetitive. There are some buggy moments where the cards won't flip as well. It is best played on a tablet.
Noel Catherine · Feb 12, 2016 Reviewed on - Exploding Kittens for Nintendo Switch just is not worth it. It is boring to play alone and it's going to be difficult to find others willing to spend the money to play together. The real-life card game is an absolute hit, but this title for Nintendo Switch is an absolute flop.

About the game
Trailers & Screenshots:
In this highly-strategic, kitty-powered version of Russian Roulette, players draw cards until someone draws an Exploding Kitten, at which point they explode, they are dead, and they are out of t?he game -- unless that player has a Defuse card, which can defuse the Kitten using things like laser pointers, belly rubs, and catnip sandwiches. All of the other cards in the deck are used to move, mitigate, or avoid the Exploding Kittens.
