  The graphics are fun, smooth and cartoony. The idea of leveling up your "enemy" along with yourself is an unique mechanic as well. The controls are unfortunately clumsy; the floating on-screen buttons make precision pretty much out of the question, which for me gets frustrating quickly. Still, Kongregate's Endless Boss Fight is totally free to play, and worth it if you're into doing battle with giant robots.

  ...is a high-quality game with mediocre gameplay. Although I played it with little problems for a time, there’s nothing to strive for, no significant gameplay changes, except for living long enough to see the boss’s another incarnation.

  With a few tune-ups, Endless Boss Fight could be great. A more consistent and satisfying string of rewards would get me hooked, and better controls would alleviate my frequent frustration – all of which would give me even more reason to continue diving into the cool asynchronous multiplayer arena. Unfortunately, that’s not the game you get when you play Endless Boss Fight.

  Endless Boss Fight is a decent brawling game, one with an interesting approach to multiplayer and plenty of opportunities to clean up cash. However, its stale, repetitive nature and "freemium" grind make it lose some of its appeal. That said, we still had fun with the game.

  The concept is good fun, and when it works, it’s great… but that’s when it works. Some might find it repetitive, and it is – but that’s not always a bad thing, so long as the controls are able to keep up with the player.
