- EA Sports FC 25 is Electronic Arts’ best football game to date. The game has clearly progressed, and it’s now got to the stage where there is little room for improvement which could become an issue. That may seem like an odd criticism, but if EA wants to make additional improvements in next year's inevitable release, it’s going to have to pull something really special out of the hat. Something that even Lionel Messi would be proud of, but that’s a potential concern for another day. For now, the football action on the pitch doesn't get much better than EA Sports FC 25.

Le novità introdotte in questa edizione, in primis la modalità Rush e la tecnologia FC IQ, donano la giusta linfa vitale al titolo e, in accoppiata al ritmo più ragionato e alle tante migliorie apportate in ciascuna modalità, lo spingono con forza verso una nuova direzione. I problemi purtroppo non mancano e alcuni aspetti, tra cui l'IA e le sfide online, hanno ancora bisogno di essere perfezionati, ma anche così EA Sports FC 25 si propone come un titolo imperdibile per gli amanti della saga.

To us, Ultimate Team feels like it’s getting a bit stale, but we like the addition of Rush across the entire release, which offers something a little different for when you fancy a change of pace. And while the commentary and menus are below par, the overall quality of the presentation continues to be underappreciated.

But, outside of the mid-console generation graphical similarity, there’s a lot that EA Sports FC 25 does which isn’t iterative. The big changes brought about by FC IQ, Cranium and Rush make for an interesting gameplay refresh which gives new impetus to both competitive online modes and long-underserved offline careers.

From the new Rush ideas and FC IQ, to the women’s career modes and little upgrades to other areas, it’s another step in the right direction. Not every feature makes a good impact however, and, along with technical issues, proves that it could get better still. Despite having no serious competition on the market, EA Sports FC 25 continues to show progress and innovation to provide a cracking football game to satisfy the masses.

It still offers something for everyone, whether that be casual fans or more passionate fans of the sport. It still has that classic accessible gameplay, but also has the meat on the bones for the hardcore to really dig into. You can manage your favourite team, play for your favourite team, or start from scratch and live your dreams as a professional footballer. The multiplayer aspect of playing football against another human, for me, is up there with the most exciting (and frustrating) tests of patience and friendship. This series has always been the gold standard for that experience. Despite throwing a controller once or twice this time around, I still want to go back for more.

Novi FC nije potpuno isti kao prethodnik i donosi nešto malo napretka, iako je trenutno najbolja fudbalska igra na tržištu i jedna od najkompletnijih sportskih igara generalno, prostora za poboljšanje svakako ima!
