  There's a lot of variety to this particular deck game. The card art looks really good, with colorful visuals and engaging artistic flair. The gameplay mechanics make sense for a complicated deck game of this type. Cthulhu Realms is also pretty easy to initially understand. It's a lot more difficult to view your cards in the fan layout than in the straight layout. It's also a pretty big resource drain and battery hog.

  Star Realms follow-up Cthulhu Realms brings a zany take on dark summonings and evil magic to the deck-building genre. It's not exactly chocolate and peanut butter, but if pineapple and ham pizza can be good, so can this.
