· Aug 04, 2026 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - GREAT Beast of Reincarnation is an understated success for Game Freak, delivering a compelling action-adventure with some very solid combat.
Ravi Sinha · Aug 04, 2026 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - If anything, Beast of Reincarnation could be the perfect 7/10; it's a mass of systems, ideas and interesting design choices that so very nearly hang together.

Garri Bagdasarov · Aug 04, 2026 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - Game Freak showcases why Pokémon isn't the only game they should make.
Michael Hoglund · Aug 04, 2026 Reviewed on PCRead full review - Beast of Reincarnation is a typical action RPG from a not so typical developer. It's a confident first step for Game Freak, though at times that confidence can feel misplaced.
James Berich · Aug 04, 2026 Reviewed on PS5Read full review - While its post-apocalyptic story isn’t particularly memorable and its environments are held back by muddy textures, limited enemy variety, and a repetitive soundtrack, Game Freak’s non-Pokemon RPG shows promise.
