  Arizona Sunshine Remake by nemal chýbať v knižnici žiadneho fanúšika akčných hier a zároveň majiteľa VR headsetu. Nie je to nejaká dokonalá hra a ani vylepšení oproti originálu vlastne nie je až tak veľa, ale je to nádielka poctivej a krvavej akcie, ktorá síce mohla dopadnúť aj oveľa lepšie, ale zabavíte sa. Síce krátko, ale zase občas naozaj intenzívne. V kampaniach veľa času nestrávite, ale je tu ešte režim Hordy, kde sa môžete pustiť do kooperačnej likvidácie zombíkov. Niektoré neduhy originálu zostávajú, iné sú zase opravené.

  Arizona Sunshine Remake is a very welcome remaster in a world stuffed with game remasters. VR technology has improved tremendously in the years since the original game launched. This is especially true on the PlayStation side, where the inside out tracking of the PSVR 2 has replaced the light-based tracking of the PSVR 1. If you have fond memories of Arizona Sunshine, picking up this Remake for $10 is a no-brainer.

  Dus ja, de Arizona Sunshine Remake is wat mij betreft zeker je centjes en tijd waard, vooral wanneer je het origineel nog niet hebt gespeeld en je dus zonder voorkennis van het verhaal erin stapt. Maar zelfs wanneer je al weet wat je te wachten staat, biedt Vertigo Games genoeg nieuws onder de zon om het de upgrade waard te maken. Inderdaad, ik zeg upgrade, want eigenaars van het origineel kunnen de remake voor een tientje bijbetaling aan hun library toevoegen. En dat is helemaal een dikke deal wanneer je de Dead Man en The Damned DLC nog niet had, want die is ook inbegrepen in de remake. Houd er alleen rekening mee dat zittend spelen nog steeds niet door mij aangeraden wordt, maar op die ene 'infectie' na krijgt de Arizona Sunshine Remake van mij een dikke ondode duim omhoog.

  VR is living yet another comeback in this year's Q4, one of many after another draught (and a disappointing performance by the PS VR2), and even though we know it's not going to be for real as of yet, that it's not going to establish in the mainstream as it looked like it would happen after the Quest 2, the fact that we're getting this updated experience can only be good news. It got me hooked, it got me laughing, it got me smoking like a 90s movie actor while head-shoting dozens of Freddies amidst a dismembered mess, and now I want to keep playing in two-player co-op. Bring it on, and bring on Metro VR, bring on the Gundam anime, bring on the All on Board games, and more!

  If you never played the original, this is the perfect time to give it a go, as Arizona Sunshine Remake is filled with great gunplay and some beautiful environments.

  For those keen to revisit this PSVR classic, the remake is still a fun zombie shooter, with solid gunplay, brilliant graphics, and a decent wee package of content. It's also launching at a reduced £25/$30, making it fairly inexpensive. However, if you're new to the series and want to dive straight into the series at its best, we'd recommend its superior sequel over this.

  Arizona Sunshine Remake n'est pas là « juste pour le coup », mais bien avec comme seul but de nous laisser profiter du voyage dans les meilleures conditions possibles. On apprécie les ajustements apportés au gameplay, tout comme la refonte visuelle. Certes, le PS VR 2 aurait pu bénéficier d’une meilleure prise en compte de ses fonctionnalités, mais cela ne nous empêche pas de kiffer cette version complète.
