Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 is a fantastic sequel that refines what made the first game so compelling while adding a whole host of new enemies, an excellent new protagonist who freshens up the gameplay loop, and a much grander campaign across larger environments spanning an entire sector.

The Croc 2: Kingdom of the Gobbos remaster is a marvellous package for anyone interested in game history and retrospective preservation, even if the core game attached to it is merely good rather than great.

Over the Hill is immensely satisfying. I’ve spent a total of around 10 hours playing and have only completed two out of a total of five locations.

Bluey: Happy Snaps is a bright bundle of fun. For fans of the show, there are plenty of references for them to enjoy (such as playing as the Grannies, though this might be exclusive to the Deluxe edition).

I’m a sucker for an adorable puzzler. In a world where games demand so much of your time and patience, there’s something so appealing about taking a step back
