  Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links might lack some of the depth of the original, but it’s still a pretty good mobile conversion. By cutting certain elements down, you’ll be able to get more accomplished than you would have before. Experienced fans might feel a little cheated by the briefer experience, but there’s still an impressive amount of depth here.

  I recommend checking out Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links if you’re a fan of cheesy anime dialogue, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or card games in general.

  Although not the first Yu-Gi-Oh! game to reach the mobile space, Duel Links is easily the best example of playing to the strengths of the host hardware and interface. Marred only by connection issues and AI difficulties, the superb visuals, authentic and strong voicework, and a compact duelling system more than make up for it. A worthy choice to fill those waiting periods.

  Malgré une dimension tactique nettement plus limitée que le jeu de cartes original, Duel Links est une expérience complète du TCG Yu-Gi-Oh qui nous a séduits. Déjà complet pour un lancement, taillé pour les parties courtes ou longues, le titre a surtout le bon goût d'être un free to play généreux pour ceux ne souhaitant pas y investir un seul euro.

  Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links costituisce un buon passatempo per tutti gli appassionati del gioco di carte, così come per tutti quelli che hanno sempre desiderato avvicinarvisi, grazie ad una semplificazione delle regole del gioco originale. Certo, alcuni veterani potranno storcere il naso non trovando l’esperienza di gioco completa, ma il compromesso raggiunto permette di avere un gioco dinamico e fruibile in ogni occasione, tanto con le sfide della campagna single-player quanto con i duelli online.

  Il risultato è una semplificazione e velocizzazione del gioco originale che potrebbe lasciare interdetti gli appassionati, almeno sulle prime, ma funziona molto bene per far entrare tutti subito nel vivo delle sue meccaniche, che restano comunque complesse e lasciano ampio spazio al collezionismo e al perfezionamento del personaggio e del proprio mazzo.
